Launch of Mayphil Helpline

On 30th November 2012, Mayphil launched its new helpline service.

This is a new service dedicated to assist with Perkins parts, service and support issues, providing a valuable resource to our customers.

Technicians and fleet managers can email the Mayphil helpline and get technical advice from the Mayphil engineering department.  They can then conduct comprehensive fault diagnosis, often finding and helping repair the issue, without needing to call out any additional staff.  However, if during the fault-finding process with the Mayphil staff, extra help, tooling, or diagnostics are required, Mayphil can quickly get the in-country dealer staff to where they are needed.

We only offer this service to customers in our Perkins authorised territories:

  • Afghanistan
  • Pakistan
  • Sri Lanka
  • The Maldives
  • Turkmenistan
  • Uzbekistan
  • Tajikistan
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Mongolia

The helpline will initially consist of an email-led service but will develop, in time, into a 24 hour helpdesk, providing instant service and support assistance directly to customers.
